Being a specialist recruiter within the education sector, we understand the challenges and rewards that working within SEN (special educational needs) can present. We can offer rewarding opportunities working with children and young people with severe and complex needs, Autism, Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD).

We have combined 25 years’ experience working with SEN schools, Specialist Independent schools and Pupil Referral Units (PRU). With these specialist roles being aligned with our expertise in Care and Education, we are ideally placed to find you your ideal position.
