This marks the second year we have been recognised by the global authority on workplace culture - following our impressive #22 ranking out of the top 100 last year.

Our 4-Day Week
Using a unique ‘split-team’ model, we ensure seamless five-day coverage for our partners while giving our consultants a vital mid-week break.

“Because we cover for each other so effectively, I can completely step away from the business knowing my clients and candidates are in safe hands.”
Alastair Tulloch, Founding Director, explains the reason behind the move: “We didn’t switch to a 4-day week just as a perk; we did it because it makes us better at our jobs. In this industry, burnout is real. By giving our teams a day off in the week, they come in with much more focus.”
Measured by Trust, Driven by People
The Great Place to Work ranking is no easy feat. It’s determined through the Trust Index Survey, which captures direct, anonymous feedback from our employees. It measures trust, pride, camaraderie, and the ability for staff to bring their authentic selves to work.
