Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments
- Promote independence and encourage the development of life skills
- Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and team members
- Participate in engaging activities like walks, games, music sessions, arts & crafts, and more
- Support emotional wellbeing and help individuals achieve their personal goals
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every individual in your care
- Observe, monitor, and record residents' conditions accurately
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to pay for one
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be able to work above 24 hours per week
- A driver’s licence is essential for supporting residents in the community, such as attending activities or hobbies with them
