Shifts: days/nights/sleeps / short shifts and long shifts

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Adult Learning Disability Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Swansea. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with Autism and complex needs.
- Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately.
- Assist residents through their care pathway to promote independence.
- Treat each individual with dignity, compassion, and honesty.
- Work collaboratively with a team of multi-professionals to deliver personalised care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working within a social care setting.
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Possess a full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to pay for practical training (PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal) unless already certified.
- Willingness to complete online training modules (free of charge).
