- Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals, such as returning to education or employment.

- Facilitate access to education, volunteering, or employment opportunities.
- Identify early signs of deterioration or relapse and respond promptly to prevent crises.
- Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety of clients and others.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- Possess a full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Have the right to work in the UK.
