Key Responsibilities
As a Adult Learning Disability Support Worker based in Risca, your daily duties will include:

- Observing, monitoring, and accurately recording progress to maintain high standards of dignity, respect, and safe practice

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Adult Learning Disability Support Worker, you will need:
- At least 6 months’ experience in a social care setting
- Enhanced DBS Check (or the ability to obtain one / be on the update service)
- Right to work in the UK (plus the resilience, empathy, and commitment needed to support vulnerable adults)
