About the role:
As an Adults Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be integral to delivering therapeutic care to individuals with learning and mobility difficulties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care and medication administration

• Supporting clients with food preparation and actively encouraging community access

• Observing, monitoring, and recording client conditions with attention to detail

• Treating each person with dignity, compassion, and respect

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans

• Helping clients progress towards greater independence in their everyday lives

What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine desire to support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs

• Empathetic, caring, and resilient personality traits

• At least six months’ experience working in a social care environment

• A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

• The right to work in the UK
