Job Title: Learning Disability Support Worker
Location: Barry, Wales, UK
Salary: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments
- Promoting independence and encouraging the development of life skills
- Building positive relationships with service users, their families, and team members
- Participating in engaging activities like walks, games, music sessions, arts & crafts, and more
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and helping individuals achieve their personal goals
- Ensuring the safety and dignity of every individual in your care
- Observing, monitoring, and recording residents' conditions
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to pay for one
- The right to work in the UK
- Ability to work above 24 hours per week
- A driver’s licence is essential for supporting residents in the community, such as attending activities or hobbies
