Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with daily tasks including cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments
• Promote independence and encourage the development of life skills
• Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and team members
• Support and engage individuals in activities such as walks, games, music sessions, and arts & crafts
• Support emotional wellbeing and help individuals achieve personal goals
• Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every individual in your care
• Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately

Requirements:

• At least 6 months’ experience working within a social care setting
• A current Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to pay for one
• The right to work in the UK
• Ability to work above 24 hours per week
• A driver’s licence is essential for supporting residents in the community, including attending activities or hobbies
