Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and attending appointments
  • Promoting independence and encouraging the development of life skills
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, and team members
  • Participating in engaging activities like walks, games, music sessions, arts & crafts, and more
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and helping individuals achieve their personal goals
  • Ensuring the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every individual in your care
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording residents’ conditions accurately

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work above 24 hours per week
  • A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential for supporting residents in the community and attending activities
