Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum + Benefits

- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and nutrition

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and care plans
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care or support worker role (desirable)
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including shift work as required
- Relevant qualifications such as a Health & Social Care certificate (preferred)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willing to undergo one)
