Salary: £13.68 per hour inclusive of holiday pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic care and support to residents with Autism and complex needs
• Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately
• Assist individuals through their care pathway to promote independence
• Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
• Collaborate with a team of multi-professionals to deliver personalised care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience working within a social care setting
• Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Possess a full UK driving licence
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Ability to pay for practical training (PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal) if not already completed
• Willingness to complete online training (free of charge)
