Salary: £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holidays)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Observe, monitor, and record service users' conditions accurately.
• Assist individuals in their daily activities within their homes and community.
• Support progression towards independent living through personalised care plans.
• Treat all service users with dignity, compassion, and honesty.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-professional team to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience working within a social care setting in the UK.
• Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
• Current Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Right to work in the UK.
