The service users are aged 18 and upwards with autism spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You’ll be working within residential, supported living, or day services and assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.

The candidate:
What you’ll need to be successful as an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker
-
At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting
-
Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to pay for one
-
The right to work in the UK
-
Ability to work above 24 hours per week

A driver's licence is essential as it would be an element of supporting residents in the community, such as attending activities or hobbies that they enjoy, so access to your own vehicl
