Job Details:
- Assistant Regional Manager
- Joining a regional, well-established children's home provider
- Lancashire based, covering homes in: Chorley, Preston, Blackpool, Hasslingden and Bury
- All homes support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours, varying in size from 2 bedded to 5 bedded homes
- Working alongside the Regional Manager to support and manage 6 direct reports
- The Regional Manager will be the RI, as the assistant will support with certain line management responsibilities and supervisions.
- Working alongside the Regional Manager you will ensure all homes are safe and effective in supporting children and young people
- You will also ensure all homes meet OFSTED regulations, striving for OUTSTANDING inspections
- Support with recruitment and management on staff, where needed
- Up to £56,000
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Monday - Friday
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Ideally operations management experience within children's residential care homes
- Would consider an experienced Registered Manager who has a proven track record and are looking for the next step into an operations role
