A leading specialist provider is looking for a dedicated Business Support Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is more than an administrative position; it’s the core of the organisation’s operations. As the Business Support Manager, you will be the central point of coordination, ensuring systems run smoothly so operational teams can focus on delivering safe, high-quality care to children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and line manage office administrators, providing clear direction and performance oversight
- Oversee daily office workflows, manage shared email accounts, and maintain secure company records
- Coordinate Ofsted registration processes and support applications for new home registrations
- Process invoices, manage payroll administration for Home Managers, and oversee fleet compliance (MOT, tax, insurance)
- Manage the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to maintain a professional online presence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or senior administration, ideally within a regulated health or social care environment
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and confident managing multiple digital platforms
- Deep commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children, with willingness to undergo advanced safeguarding training
- Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
- An approachable, people-oriented attitude with a good sense of humour and a positive cultural fit, including openness to working in a dog-friendly workplace
