Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager looking for a rewarding leadership role? A leading specialist provider is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-established care home in Libanus, Brecon. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care in a beautiful setting within the Brecon Beacons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operation of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Inspire, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
• Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred care and continuous improvement
• Oversee clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Manage occupancy, admissions, and resident wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
• Effectively manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels
• Lead recruitment, staff development, and performance management
• Foster a positive, supportive environment where residents and staff can thrive

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a care home of similar size or larger
• Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Proven success in leading and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Passion for improving the lives of older people
