Job Title: Care Home Manager Location: Brecon, Powys, Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Care Home Manager opportunity in Brecon, Powys, within a well-established care setting supporting adults with dementia, learning disabilities and age-related conditions. You’ll lead from the front—driving quality, compliance and culture—while ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Home Manager based in Brecon, your daily duties will include:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring safe, high-quality care and positive outcomes
• Managing, coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team through supervision, performance management and training
• Maintaining strong regulatory compliance, governance and quality assurance, with a focus on continuous improvement

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Care Home Manager, you will need:

• Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or equivalent required for registration)
• Proven management experience within a comparable care setting (similar size/complexity)
• Registration with Social Care Wales (or the ability to obtain/maintain registration in line with requirements)
