Job Description

Registered Manager opportunities are available in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, leading a specialist residential service supporting adults with complex needs, with a strong focus on acquired brain injury (ABI). This is a chance to take ownership of a 10-bed home with a current CQC rating of “Good”, driving quality, outcomes, and a values-led culture.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Manager based in Bromsgrove, your daily duties will include:

Leading the day-to-day operations of a 10-bed complex care residential home in Bromsgrove
Managing and developing staff performance, rota planning, and team culture to deliver outstanding care
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, legislation, and best practice, maintaining strong governance and quality assurance
Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and person-centred support for people living with ABI/complex needs
Working closely with internal clinical and specialist advisors aligned to your region to support best outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will need:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Proven leadership experience within residential care, ideally in ABI or complex needs settings
Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, inspections, and continuous improvement
Ability to demonstrate positive values, integrity, and effective organisational/time management skills
