We are seeking an experienced Children’s Home Registered Manager to lead a dedicated residential service in Preston. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day management of a children’s home in Preston as the Children’s Home Registered Manager
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and inspection readiness for the Children’s Home Registered Manager role in Preston
- Oversee safeguarding processes, risk management, and incident reporting

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior role within residential childcare, with leadership responsibility

- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, and regulatory expectations
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support staff development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
