Salary: Up to £75,000 + 30% bonus (DOE)

Job Description:
Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager ready to lead a supportive, compliant service? This Children’s Home Manager role in Warrington is open to both Deputy Managers looking for the next step and experienced Registered Managers joining a forward-thinking provider. The service is currently rated Good by OFSTED, supporting up to 7 children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of a children’s home as a Children’s Home Manager in Warrington
  • Ensure the safe and effective management of the service, supporting up to 7 children and young people
  • Work with the Responsible Individual (RI) to maintain compliance with OFSTED and company standards
  • Manage safeguarding concerns in line with relevant policies and procedures
  • Recruit, develop and supervise the staff team to ensure consistent, high-quality support
  • Create positive outcomes for children and young people through a child-centred approach
  • Manage the home’s budget effectively
  • Maintain strong leadership as a Children’s Home Manager in Warrington, driving continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Level 5 qualification in leadership and management
  • Level 3 qualification in children and young people
  • Driving Licence
  • Experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager
  • Ability to lead a team and ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are met
  • Experience supporting children and young people with EBD and/or challenging behaviours
