Registered Manager
Responsible for the safe and effective management of new a children's home
Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes
Manage safeguarding concerns
Manage the home's budget
The service is based in St Helens
Full-time, permanent contract

Salary:

Up to £56,000
+ Bonuses

Requirements:

Level 5 in leadership and management
Level 3 in children and young people
Driving Licence
Depuy or Registered Manager experience
