- Registered Manager
- Responsible for the safe and effective management of new a children's home
- Supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
- Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes
- Manage safeguarding concerns
- Manage the home's budget
- The service is based in St Helens
- Full-time, permanent contract
Salary:
- Up to £56,000
- + Bonuses
Requirements:
- Level 5 in leadership and management
- Level 3 in children and young people
- Driving Licence
- Depuy or Registered Manager experience
