Children's Home Registered Manager / Wigan / Up to £66,000
Introduction:
Manager of an existing children's home that specialises in residential support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
Joining well-established organisation that provide support to children and young people across the north west.
Details:
- Joining an exciting, children's residential care specialist, to manage an open children's residential care home
- The home is a 3 bedded home for children and young people with EBD
- The manager must ensure the home is fit to meet the statement of purpose
- The manager must recruit, manage and develop the staff team
- The manager must manage referrals
- The manager must ensure the home can create a safe and therapeutic to create positive outcomes for each young person
- Working with RI and HR team to ensure the safe and effective running of the home
- Wigan based home
Pay and Hours:
- Up to £65,000
- Monday - Friday, 9-5
- + on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- 2 years experience in management role
