Key Responsibilities:
- Become registered with OFSTED as the Children’s Registered Manager for the home in Bradford
- Manage the residential service, providing expert support to young people with EBD
- Work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to support the development and improvement of the home
- Build and develop the staff team, ensuring strong leadership across the service
- Manage residential staff including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers
- Ensure the service consistently meets OFSTED standards and maintains high-quality outcomes
- Lead the service in Bradford as the accountable Children’s Registered Manager, with children and quality at the heart of decision-making
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Full Driving Licence
- Proven experience managing within Children’s Residential services
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams to deliver excellent care
- Commitment to maintaining compliance and achieving strong OFSTED outcomes as Children’s Registered Manager in Bradford
