Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated CIW Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Hollywell. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
As a CIW Registered Manager based in Hollywell, your daily duties will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the children’s residential home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people.
- Driving compliance with CIW regulatory standards and maintaining outstanding inspection results.
- Leading safeguarding initiatives and developing individualised care plans for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
- Managing staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a high-quality team.
- Collaborating with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to support young people's progress and wellbeing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a CIW Registered Manager, you will need:
- Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it).
- Proven experience in managing children’s residential services, particularly with complex EBD needs.
- Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding procedures.
- Eligibility for CIW Registered Manager registration.
