Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated CIW Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Hollywell. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs within a supportive and expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
As a CIW Registered Manager based in Hollywell, your daily duties will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children’s residential home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all young people.
- Driving CIW regulatory compliance and maintaining outstanding inspection standards.
- Leading safeguarding initiatives and developing individualised care plans for young people with complex needs.
- Managing and supporting staff teams, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
- Collaborating with external agencies, families, and stakeholders to promote the best outcomes for children.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a CIW Registered Manager, you will need:
- Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards it).
- Proven experience in a similar setting, with a strong track record of delivering quality outcomes for children with complex needs.
- Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements.
- Eligibility for CIW Registered Manager registration.
