Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a beautiful 2-3-bed children’s home located in Tilstock. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, therapeutic organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Manager based in Tilstock, your daily duties will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the children’s home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Leading and developing a dedicated team to create a nurturing, therapeutic environment where children can thrive
- Ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance with all relevant legislation and organisational policies
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will need:
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up in a children’s home setting
- Thorough understanding of children’s homes regulations and Ofsted expectations
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Passion for therapeutic care and achieving positive outcomes for children
