Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Holbeach. Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
- Accompany children to appointments, school, and recreational activities
- Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines
- Support with household tasks and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment
- Complete accurate and clear documentation and reports
- Promote the wellbeing and safeguarding of children and young people
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence – essential
- Motivated, resilient, and adaptable to challenging situations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including long days (14 hours) and sleep-ins
- Passionate about supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Strong communication and organisational skills
