Job Title: Male Children’s Support Worker
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire, UK
Salary: £31,480 to £34,485 (Inclusive of sleep in's )

This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support children with emotional and behavioural needs in a safe, nurturing environment. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training, funded qualifications, and ongoing development are provided to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, loving, and supportive home environment for children and young people
- Act as a positive role model and support with daily living needs
- Participate in engaging activities such as football, gaming, and bowling
- Encourage hobbies and interests to promote confidence and independence
- Assist with household tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming home
- Build trusting relationships and promote social skills
- Support children in developing independence and self-esteem
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- A caring, flexible, and resilient attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic approach
- Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
- Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with young people
