08:00-22:00 - 39hrs a week 

A full UK Driving Licence Is Required

Job Description:
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in young people's lives? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children’s Support Workers to join a leading specialist provider in Stevenage. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand new EBD home, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. No prior experience is necessary, as full training, funded qualifications, and ongoing development are provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, loving, and supportive home environment for children and young people
• Be a positive role model and support with daily living needs
• Participate in fun activities such as football, gaming, bowling, and more
• Encourage and share hobbies and interests to promote engagement
• Assist with household tasks to maintain a clean and organised home
• Build trusting relationships and friendships with young people
• Promote independence and confidence in daily routines

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• A caring, flexible, and resilient attitude
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic approach
• Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with young people
