We are seeking dedicated Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our team in Buntingford. This full-time role involves supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs within a safe, nurturing home environment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training, funded qualifications, and ongoing development are provided to ensure your success.
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker based in Buntingford, your daily duties will include:
- Creating a safe, loving, and supportive home environment for children and young people
- Acting as a positive role model and supporting with everyday living needs
- Participating in fun activities such as football, gaming, and bowling to promote engagement
- Encouraging hobbies and interests to build confidence and independence

To be successful as a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will need:
