Salary: £31,493.40 to £34,495 ( Inclusive of sleep-ins)

We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team at a well-established care facility in Peterborough. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a supportive environment, working closely with children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Support Worker (RSW) based in Peterborough, your daily duties will include:

• Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in line with their individual needs and care plans
• Assisting with daily routines, including personal care, activities, and behavioural management
• Promoting a safe, nurturing environment that encourages development and well-being
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Residential Support Worker, you will need:

• Experience in the care sector or working with children is essential
• A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Mandatory compliance, including an Enhanced DBS Check and a full UK driving licence (if required)
