Salary: £31,273 - £34,275 per annum( Inclusive of sleep in's )

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join a children’s residential service in Tadley, supporting young people aged 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities:
As a Children's Residential Support Worker based in Tadley, your daily duties will include:
- Encouraging young people to participate in activities and develop responsibility for their own lives.
- Maintaining a safe, homely environment that promotes well-being and independence.
- Managing challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.
- Protecting children and young people from risks to their health and welfare.
- Building strong relationships with staff, parents, social workers, and other professionals involved in the young people’s care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will need:
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a residential or social care setting.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car, as transportation of young people may be required.
- Over the age of 21.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable).
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
