Salary: £32,304 to £35,305 ( Inclusive of sleep-ins)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people in a safe, loving home as part of a caring team, led and supported by a registered manager
- Provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child’s needs
- Act as a positive role model and support everyday living needs in sometimes challenging situations
- Support emotional and physical wellbeing, helping children reach their full potential
- Build trusting relationships and encourage engagement in everyday tasks
- Empower children to make decisions about themselves
- Support fun activities (e.g., theme parks, fishing, football, hiking) and help create memorable experiences
- Work shifts and sleep-ins as required to maintain continuity of care
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (required) for the Children’s Residential Support Worker role in Sudbury
- Experience as a Mental Health support worker or SEN TA is welcome (not essential)
- Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient approach
- Great communication skills, positive attitude, and energy
- Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins
- IT skills (as required for recording and communication)
- Willingness to provide personal care if required
