Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Support Worker based in Newton Abbot , your daily duties will include:
- Providing compassionate, person-centred care to children and young people, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and loved.
- Supporting children and young people to achieve their goals and aspirations through encouragement and positive engagement.
- Assisting with daily routines, activities, and behavioural support within the residential setting.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of personalised care plans in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Residential Support Worker, you will need:
- A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential or similar setting.
- Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and a Full UK Driving Licence.
