Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

Salary: £14.24 - £26.76 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support children and young people in their daily activities and interests
- Promote independence and overall wellbeing of young residents
- Attend weekends away, holidays, and trips with children and young people
- Support children in weekend and evening activities, from outdoor adventures to leisure outings
- Protect children from risks to their health and welfare
- Provide emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care plans and safety guidelines
- Assist in managing challenging behaviour and minimise incidents
Requirements:
- Genuine desire to create positive outcomes for children and young people
- Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children or within a social care environment
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
