Children's Deputy Home Manager

Job:
• Children's Home Deputy Manager
• Joining the management team of an existing children's residential care home
• 4-bedded residential care home, OFSTED regulated
• Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
• Manage and update care plans
• Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
• Working within a larger children's services organisation, that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
Salary and Contract:
• £15.75 per hour, + £45 per sleep, £2000 starting bonus
• Shift work
• Full-time, permanent contract
Requirements:
• Senior or Deputy Manager experience
• Driving licence
