Registered Children's Home Manager - Nottingham
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Are you an experienced and ambitious leader ready to launch and establish a brand-new EBD service in Nottingham? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager who is passionate about creating an exceptional therapeutic environment.
As the Registered Manager, you'll be instrumental in establishing this new service, ensuring it provides outstanding, Ofsted-compliant care from day one.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will take full operational, regulatory, and financial ownership of the new home:
- OFSTED Registration: Formally register with OFSTED as the manager for the new service.
- Compliance & Safety: Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI) to ensure the home is safe, effective, and meets all OFSTED and company standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Operational Management: Take charge of managing home budgets and the referral process.
Requirements:
- Qualification: An NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Driving: A valid UK Driving Licence is required.
Contract:
- Competitive Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 per year, based on your experience.
