An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Children's Home Manager in Liverpool to join a forward-thinking provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care for children and young people. This role is ideal for experienced managers seeking to advance their career or Deputy Managers ready to step into a leadership position. The Children's Home Manager in Liverpool will oversee the safe and effective running of the service, ensuring positive outcomes for children with EBD and challenging behaviours. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the children's home in Liverpool, ensuring compliance with OFSTED and company standards
- Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours, providing child-focused support
- Work closely with the Responsible Individual to maintain service quality and compliance
- Manage safeguarding concerns and promote a safe environment for children and staff
- Recruit, develop, and supervise staff teams to ensure high standards of care
- Oversee the home's budget and resource allocation
- Maintain positive relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Valid Driving Licence
- Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's home
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
