Location: Oldham, Greater Manchester
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonuses
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (On-call only if service needs)

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).

Strong track record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings.

Must be a driver with a full UK licence.

Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people.
