We’re looking for a passionate and driven Registered Manager to lead a high-quality children’s residential home in Cheshire supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a home and shape the service with autonomy, vision, and purpose.

About the Role:
As Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and leadership. You’ll lead from the front—motivating your team, promoting a positive culture, and delivering outstanding outcomes for the children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the home in line with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards

Lead, manage, and develop a strong staff team

Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and progress of every child in your care

Work collaboratively with external agencies, families, and professionals

Drive continuous improvement and maintain a nurturing, structured environment
Requirements:

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management – Children & Young People (Or willing to undertake)

Proven experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting

In-depth understanding of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and therapeutic practice

Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
