As a Registered Manager, you will:
- Register with OFSTED as the manager of the home
- Ensure the home meets OFSTED and company standards
- Ensure all children are supported and cared for
- Manage, recruit and support your staff team
- Manage budgets
- Manage referrals
- Work with HR, RI and Operations Management team to ensure the effective running of the children's home
- Provide positive outcomes for young people
- 3 Bedded children's residential care home
- Supporting children aged 8-17
- Designed to support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
- Part of a national organisation that is a leading provider of residential childcare
