Job Details:
- Children's Home Registered Manager
- Managing an OFSTED-regulated children's residential care home
- Working for a well-established organisation that specialises in residential childcare across the east midlands
- Manage a solo placement service
- Manage a home that specialises in supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Ensure the service is safe, effective and can provide positive outcomes to children and young people
- Work with the HR team to recruit, manage and develop the staff team
- Work with RI to ensure the service meets OFSTED guidelines
- Bolton based
Salary and Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Monday - Friday, + on-calls
- £65,000, + bonuses
Requirements Details:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience
- Driving licence
