The role I am recruiting for is to become the Registered Manager of a home that supports up to 2 young people with LD, based in Bradford.
Pay: Up to £60,000
Responsibilities
- Become registered with OFSTED with the service
- Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
- Work with SMT to ensure the development of the home
- Build and develop staff team
- Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
- Driving Licence.
- Experience managing in a Children's Residential services.
