Children's Home Manager - New Service
Bury
Up to £60,000

Job and Company Details:

• Children's Home Registered Manager
• Managing a brand new children's home, which will be OFSTED regulated
• The home will be an EBD specialist service
• The home will support up to 3 young people 
• The RM must ensure this is a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring it is compliant and meets OFSTED standards
• Manage staff team, recruiting, developing and supervising staff members
• The RM will work with the RI and Directors to open and develop a brand new children's home
• Manage safeguarding issues
• Manage referrals
• The home is based in Bury
• The home will be part of an established organisation that are expanding
   

Salary and Hours:

• Up to £60,000, depending on experience
• + bonuses
• Monday - Friday, 9-5
• + on-call responsibilities
• Full-time, permanent contract

Requirements:

• Deputy or Registered Manager experience
• Level 5 in leadership and management
• Level 3 in children and young people
