Registered Manager: Solo Children's Home - Pudsey, Bradford
Salary: Up to £75,000
Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager looking for a unique, highly impactful role? We are opening a brand-new, single-bed children's home in Pudsey, Bradford, designed for one young person with learning disabilities. We need a dedicated leader to launch and lead this specialist service.
This is a rare opportunity to build a truly therapeutic environment from the ground up, with full autonomy to tailor the space and care entirely to one young person's needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Launch: Oversee the complete setup and operational launch of this new residential service in Pudsey.
- Deliver Tailored Care: Develop, manage, and implement highly specialised care plans that meet the unique needs of the young person.
- Build an Expert Team: Recruit and lead a small, dedicated team to provide exceptional, person-centered support.
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations, effectively manage the home's budget, and coordinate referrals.
- Ensure Excellence: Guarantee full compliance with all Ofsted regulations and maintain the highest standards of safety and therapeutic care.
- Holistic Support: Collaborate with family, health professionals, and other agencies to ensure a comprehensive support network.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Qualification: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- Driving: A valid UK driving license is a must.
