Job Details:
- Children's Home Manager
- Work with RI to safely manage a children's residential care home
- Hold OFSTED registration for children's home
- Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
- Recruit, manage and develop staff team, alongside the HR team
- Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
- Manage quality assurance
- Manage budget
- Working full-time, Monday - Friday, + on-call duties
- Work within a national organisation that specialises in OFSTED regulated support services, offering development and career progression.
- Manchester based
- Up to £60,000
- + bonuses
Requirement Details:
- Level 5 in leadership and management
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience
