Children's Home Registered Manager
Managing a children's residential care home
The home is a 4 bedded children's home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
The home has not been registered yet, but is ready to be with a manager in place
Recruit, develop and manage staff team
Manage safeguarding concerns
Manage budgets
Manage referrals
Leicester based

Pay Details:

£50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Up to £6,500 in bonuses

Contract Details:

Full-time, permanent contract
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
+ on-call duties

Requirements Details:

NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
Deputy or Registered Manager recruitment
