Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational and experienced Registered Manager to lead a residential children's home dedicated to supporting children with disabilities. This role is perfect for a passionate leader committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
You will be responsible for the daily operations and strategic direction of the home, upholding the highest standards of care and making a profound difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strong and visible leadership for the home and its staff.

Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and national quality standards.

Uphold robust safeguarding procedures to protect every child.

Manage and lead a dedicated team, including recruitment, training, and supervision.

Oversee the development and delivery of individualised care plans.

Effectively manage the home's budget and resources.

Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-agency partners.

Provide on-call support and respond to emergencies as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a children's residential home.

Ofsted Experience: Direct experience with Ofsted inspections is required.

Qualifications: You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Licence: A full UK driving licence with business insurance is required.
