Are you a passionate and driven Children's Home Registered Manager ready for a new opportunity? Or are you an ambitious Deputy Manager looking to step up? This is a rare and exciting chance to set up and manage a brand-new EBD therapeutic home for children and young people in Torquay, Devon.
You'll join a highly experienced management team and have the autonomy to run the home as you see fit. With plans to open more homes, this role offers a clear path to operations management and career progression.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and manage the residential children's service.

Set up and open a brand-new therapeutic home from scratch.

Ensure the highest levels of care and support for young people aged 7-18.

Inspire and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Deliver a holistic and integrated approach to care.
Requirements

NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services).

NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent.

Experience in a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager position.

Experience in a residential children's home environment.

Full UK driving license.
