Role & Responsibilities

 

As the Registered Manager in Erdington, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the successful re-opening and subsequent running of the home.

  • Driving the service towards a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating.

  • Recruiting, leading, and mentoring a compassionate and effective team.

  • Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are met across all areas of the home.

 

Salary & Benefits

 

  • Experienced Registered Manager: Up to £50,000 per annum.

  • Deputy Manager Stepping Up: Up to £45,000 per annum.

  • Bonus Scheme: A performance-related bonus based on Ofsted ratings and occupancy is currently under discussion and will be confirmed.
